These terms and conditions apply to your use of the North Shore Tiling website and to quotes and services provided by North Shore Tiling (ABN 21 726 132 250) ("we", "us", "our"). By using this website or engaging us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and enquiries

• Quotes are free and provided without obligation.
• Quotes are estimates based on the information you provide and may be revised after a site inspection if the scope, site conditions or materials differ from what was described.
• Unless stated otherwise on the quote, quoted prices remain valid for 30 days.

Services

• We provide tiling and waterproofing services across Sydney's North Shore. Related services (painting, cleaning, removals) are provided by separate partner businesses under their own terms.
• Scheduling, pricing, payment terms and any variations will be agreed with you in writing (quote, invoice or email) before or during the job.
• We hold appropriate licensing and insurance for the work we perform.

Workmanship and consumer guarantees

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under that law. Any workmanship warranty offered for a specific job will be stated in your quote or invoice.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to change or cancel a booking, please give us as much notice as possible. Where materials have already been purchased for your job, reasonable costs may apply as agreed in your quote.
